Forty years later, he is now doing a research PhD on APOE4 allele, beta amyloid and cognitive function in brain disease and injury. For 19 years Tom worked in hospitals including Concord Repatriation Hospital, and a number of Psychiatric Hospitals. He has also been part of the Australian Army Psychology Corps (res) 1967 - 1986. Tom has been a member of the ACT Psychologists' Registration Board 1998 - Sept 2004. It draws together a multidisciplinary team to work collaboratively to meet the holistic needs of young people. Lisa Kelly is the Service Integration Manager at headspace ACT and will be talking about the evolution of headspace including the latest stats about young people, what it is like working in a multidisciplinary team and strategies for working effectively with young people. She will also talk about working in private practice as a psychologist and the changing face of psychology.
